1.This specialized machine tool consists of four main parts: mechanical parts (base, pressure beam), hydraulic system, electrical control, heating, etc. The machine base and pressure beam are welded with steel plates and have undergone aging treatment. The hydraulic station and hydraulic cylinder are made of high-quality domestic products.

2.The hydraulic cylinder adopts a top type, and the number of hydraulic cylinders should ensure that the pressure beam and mold have sufficient strength and stiffness to reduce deformation during operation. The hydraulic system is controlled by a CNC touch screen, and the pressure and holding time can be set arbitrarily according to user requirements.

3.The machine tool has the function of setting and regulating temperature, pressure, and holding time coefficient.

4.The machine tool is equipped with an electric cylindrical support frame.
