Briefly describe the precautions required when using a busbar processing machine
1. Be sure to stop the machine when replacing the mold to avoid danger.
2. Be careful when holding the workpiece while waiting for the slider to descend during operation.
3. Due to the fact that the busbar processing machine can be operated by multiple people, a dedicated person must be responsible for directing production.
4. Keep the oil clean and the oil circuit unobstructed, and add lubricating oil to the moving parts of each unit every shift.
5. Assembly, debugging, or disassembly of molds must be carried out by personnel familiar with the machine in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
6. All debris and tools should not be placed on the workbench to avoid accidents caused by rolling into the mold or cutting edge.
7. Be sure to choose the gap between the cutting blade and the die, as well as the bending radius, based on the thickness of the copper bar.
8. The sharpness of the blade and die edge should be regularly checked. If the edge becomes dull, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
9. When the busbar processing machine is working normally, do not place your hands or part of your body between the upper and lower molds to avoid accidents.
10. Electrical and hydraulic components must ensure flexible operation and correct position. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the vehicle must be stopped immediately for inspection.
