Maintenance content of busbar processing machine

①Hydraulic part:

1. Check the hydraulic oil level. If the hydraulic oil is too low, it is necessary to inject oil in a timely manner to avoid damaging the oil pump;

2. Clean the bottom of the busbar processing oil tank and clean the oil filling port;

3. Check whether the hydraulic pipeline is unobstructed, whether there is aging and leakage;

4. Check if the pump is working abnormally;

5. Check whether the pressure values of the hydraulic unit are normal;

6. Check if the pressure gauge connector is loose;

7. Check if all hydraulic components are damaged.

②Electrical part:

1. Clean the electrical control cabinet of the busbar processing machine;

2. Check if the heat dissipation status of the electrical cabinet is good:

3. Check if the wiring terminals inside the electrical cabinet are secure:

4. Check for damage to all electrical components and blackening of all contacts, and replace them if necessary;

5. Check the aging condition of the power cord;

6. Check if all switch buttons are working properly;

7. Check the temperature rise of the motor and the heat dissipation:

8. Check and debug the CNC system, and upgrade it if necessary.

③Machine tool section

1. Check that the insulation of the wires is good;

2. Check the sharpness of the cutting edge of the shearing machine, and if it is found to be blunt, sharpen or replace it in a timely manner;

3. Check if the mold is secure:

4. Check if the fasteners of the busbar processing machine are loose;

5. Lubricate the connections and moving parts of punching machines, shearing machines, and bending machines;

6. Check if the working pressure values for punching, cutting, and bending are normal;

7. Check if all fastening bolts are secure;

8. Check the working performance of the foot switch.

4、 External machine maintenance: Wipe the machine tool, and the workbench should be free of oil stains and debris.

5、 Other: Check and handle the faults that exist during the use of the busbar processing machine based on the feedback from on-site operators.
